During winter months, December through March, please keep in mind that with fresh snow it is harder to find all pet waste.
We may find waste that is visible but frozen into hard snow and ice which can be difficult to remove, but we do our best to leave your yard as doody free as the elements will permit.
As always we will work hard to remove any waste missed on prior visits.

Should the need arise and you have to cancel a scheduled visit, simply call us and let us know. We will be happy to accommodate and schedule a new visit. A 24 hour notice is appreciated. Because there are no contracts to sign, cancellation of service is easy and quick. Simply call us and we will stop service immediately. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this policy!
